These look like die chips to me but figured id have you guys take a look cause of their location-I know there's DDR's with doubling on some of the window bays...6th bay on right side of building both windows thanks!

I don't see any doubling with these pics. I have found more than a few with doubled window sills.

2009 doubled dies remind me of the 1960 RPMs, there are so many of them. Over 100 I think

More interest was in the windows closer to Lincoln:
