It is a modern fantasy/replica coin. The bottom picture is loosely based on the coinage of King Sweyn Forkbeard of Greater Denmark; the Wikipedia article on him has a picture out of an old coin catalogue of one of his pennies. I'm not sure what the design on the other side says, but it's definitely not Viking.

The reverse indicates it is a token made for the College of Svaty Sebesta (COLL SVATY SEBESTA), which, at least as recently as 2005, was a South Dakota based branch of the Society of Creative Anachronism. The website of their umbrella group, the "Kingdom of Northshield," lists their primary contact as Paul Kloos, and list his email address as pakloos@jacks.sdstate.edu.
