Sorry for the fuzz in some. I kept winning drinks on a slot machine that had an 85cc gsa as a top prize. I couldn't resist throwing in a $20. After I was done, winning only 2 beers & 1 bottle of champagne, I ask the bartender how often the morgan has been won & she then explained that in her 17yrs of working there (at the delta) she has NEVER seen it won. (Other 2 prizes were a gsa ike & a gold kruggerant) the kruggerant she said had been won twice and the ike, a dozen or so Report this Post to the Staff

Then I asked when it was constructed (1950s) Another fact about the silver queen is room 11 is haunted by the ghost of a prostitute that was murdered in the same claw foot tub that still sits in the room. I think it's retained more of its 19th century character than my locl silver boom town of Tombstone. Other old time mining communities I've been to are Jerome, Arizona & Cripple Creek, Colorado.
