It is harder to tell the grade, but it looks MS. It's most likely MS-63 or 64.

the obverse looks a bit polished or it could just be great luster if latter 65 66

The pics are still a little out of focus plus the lighting is washing out the coin. Next time try natural light maybe on a window seal. Everything looks original coin does not appear to be polished. MS64RD without better pics to see the surfaces. May go to 65
