I can get you in the ballpark. You have a C3a reverse (cut down left serif of 'A' in America) and it appears to be a Near Date, not Slanted. That narrows it to Vams 5, 5A, 5B, 5C, 9, 10 20, 22 and 28. I'm leaning toward the VAM 5, but you'll have to confirm with closer inspection.

I think it might be a 5B. Looks like it might have the die break in the left wreath.. A better picture of the reverse and of the left wreath might confirm that.
