from what I could find on coppercoins.com this is a 1dr-008 can coins that have this small of errors be graded how powerful of magnification do graders at say pcgs use? could they see this?
PCGS only recognizes die varieties that are listed in the CherryPickers' Guide. And this is a die variety (as are all doubled dies) - it is not an error.
