Hello all!
So this 1964 Washington DDO Motto quarter was recently found in a random old year set someone put together. I really would appreciate any grade opinions, as I would like to give my associate a bit more money for the set, and I am not sure how much is fair. The set was sold to me as a regular set, both of us not knowing it contained the error quarter!

Thanks to all for your grades and opinions!!

Also, the large line running above the 1 & 9, into the neck is NOT a scratch, it is a massive die crack!
