What are your thoughts on these two..

First the 1930-P

I'll guess 64/65 RD for the 1930 and 65/66 RD for the 1938. I like the look of the 1930 better, but that hit on the head probably dropped it a point. Nice coins!

My question being ,do they subtract points for chatter marks on the letters? I see a lot of cents with chatter marks on it and was wondering if it detracts from the grade any? Sorry to hijack your thread just trying to get a better understanding of how the grading for the wheats come to be.
