Two raw coins from my Silver Washington set. Posting several pictures, grade/opinions appreciated.
1948-S (toner) & 1950-D. The '48-S is frosty and toned, and the '50-D is nearly PL in hand.
A few years ago a LCS was going out of business & I picked up 15-20 BU/MS silver Washingtons for $6 to $8 each, these are from that lot. I'd love to have them all slabbed in
TPG plastic but that's a lot of money.
First set of pictures from scanner, 2nd from 12MP phone camera w/flash and varied lighting. (I bet at least some of you will recognize the background "material" I used for the camera pics ;)
Any marks are camera or scanner induced, both coins have nearly flawless fields.
