Two more raw silver Washingtons to look at.
Both of these coins are more "white" than mirror looking. They both have very slight toning, the 1946 more so than the 1956-D.
There's something wrong with the "R" in the bottom reverse of the 1956-D,
Struck Through Grease or some other issue, perhaps. I'm not sure if it would affect the grade.
