A large decider of the condition of these coins is the Liberty headband on liberty's head on the front. Being as worn as it is I would grade it vf-30 on the low end to be safe. Could be higher but Better pictures would be needed to say for sure

I would give it a technical grade of about VF-25, but she is heavily scratched on both sides. This would bring the retail value down to about $2, maybe less, I would estimate. It would be tough to sell at all with the damage. I would just keep it, maybe as a collection starter.

That's a great coin to start a set with. If you assembled a matching set it would look quite nice and there are a bunch of dates where a coin that nice will cost a "pretty penny" !
