I'm back from a school trip in DC and Boston. We went basically to see every sight possible in the 5 days we were there. It is also my Bday! I've had a great day so far, and my party with my family is tomorrow. My parents present was letting me have the leftover money from DC (around $100) and am hoping to buy some coins!

Well, I'm back

How about an 1846 Seated Liberty quarter in honor of the Smithsonian's founding? (The 1846 SL Dime is expensive, but the quarter is available...)

Welcome back and happy birthday for a few days ago!

I fondly remember my Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. trip as a kid... that was a lot of fun and quite the whirlwind! I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. Have you bought any coins with the leftover money yet?

Hearing about your visit brings back memories. Only I wish I had thought about getting a look at the 1913 V...

Glad you had fun and hopefully you found a nice birthday present!
