That would be a cracked or flawed planchet. That means it was there before the coin was struck. A die crack would show as a raised line or crack that would have been struck into the coin.
Thanks. Yes I understand the defective planchet. The are <Bonus> haha raised lines on other parts of the coin. I'll try to add some photos later this week.
