If the reverse is normal, that was caused by mis-aligned dies. If the reverse is offset, that would be off-center strike. Since none of the design is missing, it would not have very much premium. You can keep as a novelty or an educational item

Misaligned die errors don't usually have a lot of value until parts of the design are missing. Keeper or not is up to you!
