1971 Half Proof Like? - Coin Community Forum

tweak800 Pillar of the Community United States 1249 Posts	Posted 06/08/2015 1:13 pm Ok the first picture the one on the right is a 2014 uncirculated half and the one on the left is a 1971 I found in a roll today. The 1971 has no cameo referring to the frosted devices are not there but the mirror like finish is there. I havnt ever run across one like this before any reason? On the last picture note the reflection of my thumb on the date . My pictures don't do this finish on the coin justice Report this Post to the Staff
