Celticsoul Pillar of the Community United States 1566 Posts	Posted 06/09/2015 11:31 am I'm pretty sure that this is an example of the N-31 die variety which is a high R.3. This coin is also Grellman state C meaning that it is a late die state with the reverse die sinking at the rims. It's got a good honest color and moderate wear. I will grade this coin EAC 12 which would correspond to an F-15 market grade. 1851 N-31 R.3 12/12 Report this Post to the Staff
