Hi Rocky welcome to the forum .

If your talking about how to remove coins from mint cello ,, then you have it right just carefully cut the cello being careful not to hit the coin with the scissors and not to touch the surfaces of the coin with your fingers ..

If I may what year are the sets or set that you are cutting ?

Use a Butain Torch. That way you won't nick the coins.
Or give them to a little kid. They can do what most adults can't.
Sciccors of course.

Bruce,
I'll set 'em up, you knock 'em down!

(I wonder why I never see Laugh-In reruns? 'TV Land' shows just about all the other shows from my youth.)

Rocky101,
Where are my manners? Welcome to the forum! Using scissors to remove coins from a mint set is a good way to get it done. I'd suggest doing it over a soft surface, so if a coin falls, it will not get scratched. The 2007 mint sets are going to be a bit more challenging to open.

Metalman,
Please accept my apology. I tend to assume others find my 'witticisms' entertaining and even inviting, but I'm often incorrect.
