Hows it going?

Like the subject says this quarter has no mint mark and lies warped on a flat surface. I don't know if this is a mint error but on the 'heads' side midway through George's ponytail, you can see a punch mark. I posted a couple of pics, any info is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1965-1968 did not have mint marks. The coin is also very damaged.
