You should crop out the black areas. Hard to tell wear from reverse pics.

Close to EF in my opinion, but based on what looks like significant wear on the rims and IGWT I'd go VF-35.

Looks to have really nice original surfaces too
Though there does seem to be quite a bit more wear to the rims which is puzzling

EF45. to me the dull gray appearance of of this coin indicates it was cleaned.
