Not sure if anyone else has noticed this lately, but while I've been checking out ebay listings lately, it seems that centsles has improved his listings. The photos seem more fair, and the auction prices seem better, ie. no shills. There is even a disclaimer in his terms and conditions about buying the coin and not the slab. I had to smile at that, and wondered if he was checking this site. Don't get me wrong, I'm not about to go buying any NNC (centles brand) slabs, but I actually did win a fair auction a couple of days ago from him on a PCGS coin, and there were no shill bidders involved. What I'm about to say next might be a bit over the top, but I've also noticed Great Southern Coins doing the same thing. They've toned down the photos, and their auctions for nice coins seem fairer than in the past. Again, less shill bidding. Not saying this is a miracle, but maybe CCF has had some part in this. I'd like to think so anyway.

Well, if they've been looking even a little bit at what people are saying about them online, then they know there are some looking for legal reasons to take them out. Neither are other than solid on the business side as far as it goes - they don't hassle about returns or argue with buyers. Maybe they're just tiring of being such popular discussion topics.

No one is beyond redemption. They just have to make the choice to act.

Maybe their CS account reps at ebay had a little meeting with them and told them to clean up their acts? That would be nice.

Quote: but I've also noticed Great Southern Coins doing the same thing I certainly hope so! GSC pictures have been juiced for years, make the coins look better than they are and hiding flaws. I also highly suspect they have multiple shills working for them as their coins consistently reach levels well beyond retail prices.

I found out about GSC and their photoes a little too late lol Bought quite a few coins from them a couple years ago. Luckily I didn't lose out on any of them, but none of them were as nice as the picture. I still liked the coins :) However the NGC had other things to say about them lol

When I see a coin in a NNC slab graded MS63, that I haven't previously seen in PGCS Details slab on Great Collections or Heritage, then I will believe in redemption.

I agree, just to reiterate, Quote: Don't get me wrong, I'm not about to go buying any NNC (centsles brand) slabs
