I'm really happy today. I found a 1993 50 Cent coin in the till at work today. Now all I need is that elusive 1985....

I think I have two 1993 50 cents coins as well as one 1985 50 cents coin. Those are tough to find with a mere mintage of 1 million each. Funny enough, I still have trouble looking for a 1972 50 cents coin as well as the Bicentennial and the QLD federation coin even though their mintage are easily double of the scarce 85 and 93. Recently found a SA federation coin so I'm quite happy.

Is the Bicentennial the tallships? I have 4 or those. As for SA coins, I keep finding them down here in Mel.

The Bicentennial and Tallships coins are the same. As for the SA coins I struggle to find them and I'm in Gippsland (near Melbourne). They are easily the hardest 50c COF coin for me to find. I have managed to find a few 1993 and some 1985 50c coins in my searches. I did notice the 1985 coins were much harder to find then the 1985.
