Here we go! It's time to post pictures of your Half Cents on the 26 Days of Half Cents!

How does this work? We all post pictures of our Half Cents according to the below schedule.

NOTE: Some years that have small mintages are to be posted on the same day. All you rare Half Cent Collectors, Please check the schedule!


What if you don't post your coins' pictures on the day that year is featured? Catch up!! Post 'em when you can! We want to see what you collect!!

24 June: 1793 & 1794
25 June: 1795 & 1796
26 June: 1797
27 June: 1800
28 June: 1802 & 1803
29 June: 1804
30 June: 1805
1 July: 1806
2 July: 1807
3 July: 1808
4 July: 1809
5 July: 1810 & 1811
6 July: 1825 & 1826
7 July: 1828
8 July: 1829
9 July: 1831, 1832 & 1833
10 July: 1834
11 July: 1835, 1836, & 1837 Token
12 July: 1840 - 1848 Proofs
13 July: 1849 & 1850
14 July: 1851
15 July: 1852 & 1853
16 July: 1854
17 July: 1855
18 July: 1856
19 July: 1857


I know most of these years of small mintages. But that means we want to see your pictures even MORE!

Great choice!

Although I only have 5 of them now, amassing a date set of Half Cents is definitely going to be a focus of mine for the rest of my collecting career. Then maybe all of the 1804 varieties, then the over dates, then the....Dear go I love it so!

Welcome to the first day of "The 26 Days of Half Cents"!

Will we see a 1793 or 1794 Half Cent today? I hope so!!

With small mintages, (1793 = 35,334 & 1794 = 81,600), the chances are low, but I've definitely been surprised by our CCF members before!!
