I think my first post (on 1797 day) will reset any expectations -- it's a coin that worked hard over it's lifetime and developed considerable character.

Absolutely!! I would love to see this coin , and others like it!

Therefore: As Thread Generalissi-Moe, I decree, the 20th of July to be the Catch-All day for us all to post our Colonial/State Half Cents.
