The date, breast of the coat, bow tie and neck all have peculiar marks; all of them are raised. I picked these from a sewn mint bag so didn't think it was PMD. Thought maybe struck through but then I found a second one identical to the first.

Pictures three and four are of two separate coins for comparison.

Any ideas? Would these be considered keepers?

Looks raised? Die scratches?

They might be die cracks. First time I've seen them in that area before.

I found two more of these, still have 4,900 coins to look through from the mint bag. Hope to find some more. Could the marks be die gouges?

I'm not thinking gouges as the area affected is deeper into the die. (the reason I ruled out die gouges) Usually die gouges affect the fields.
