I hesitate to give a numeric grade of VG-8 without being able to see the coin in hand. I can make out the "TY" of "LIBERTY" and would need to see another letter. However, the coin is better than a good and most likely would get VG-8 money if offered for sale. The 1902-S, while not rare, is difficult to find in an 'honest' state of preservation and this dime is HONEST! MOOI! (pretty)

It's tight, but I'd go with G-06. Nice full rims, maybe three letters, but pretty slick otherwise. I mean, you really wouldn't to pay VG money for this.
