Ploopy,

I would grade this VF-30. It looks like it could have been cleaned and re-toned, but the angle of photography could hide the evidence. There are at least four small rim nicks, and some more serious obverse/reverse scratches and large marks that would bother me more. This may lose its appeal after owning it for a while. Finding one with no history of cleaning may be too much to ask, but I would look for a better one with fewer significant marks.

That coin has been cleaned harshly.

I'd hold out for a better example

Looks to be tooled as well to hide those tremendous scratches in the background fields on the Obv.
