It's hard to tell from the photo but this may be an N-18 which is an R.3. Once you get it in hand you'll have to look for the characteristic die lines on the ribbon just below the branch.
As far as grade I'll say It's an EAC 25 or Vf-30 market grade.
1852 N-18? R.3 25/25
