The lines between the hair and the thirteenth star are diagnostic of N-1 not N-16. The N-1 is an R.3. Example here: http://coins.ha.com/itm/large-cents.../390-20457.s As far as grade I can go EAC 12, no higher. Color seems off. 1851 N-1 R.3 12/12?
n-16 is R3 as well. It has the lines which are closer together than the ones at N1 are. Date position fits n-16 better as well. Also has lump by jawline described in Grellmans book. But after looking at your picture from Heritage I guess I stand corrected again. The N-1 looks spot on. Well done Celtic.
