1954 $2 Missing Serial Number Digit

Bob Levi Valued Member Canada 488 Posts	Posted 06/15/2015 08:29 am I wouldn't call it missing. Hard to tell by the pics but a see a faint two. Likely removed with some chemical is my guess. Report this Post to the Staff

However, here's a note I've had for years and still have no clue why the serial # is almost invisible. Others on the forum have suggested several possibilities. So it is possible to see notes missing their serial #s but BEWARE and be certain you can get a refund IF it turns out to be a 'manufactured' issue. Report this Post to the Staff
