Any Added Value For This Serial Number?

4mile123 Valued Member Canada 249 Posts	Posted 10/30/2015 2:49 pm I had always thought that this note would be a rotator but, on another forum, it was mentioned that notes with 1's do not qualify as rotator notes. I would appreciate any thoughts on whether there would be any added value for the serial number on this note? Report this Post to the Staff

However with that said there are many people argue the 1 should be included so for those that except this way of thinking it may carry a premium.
