Hello guys , I bought this florin today. Paid a bit for it seeing its a common year but I think it was worth it.

The antique store I got it from graded it at EF to EF+ , I hope its closer to AUNC. Paid $60 Any help appreciated.

A dealer would probably sell this one for around AU$125.
A good buy at half that!

Its easily UNC and MS63 in my opinion.
Some discolour on the high points makes it look worse in the photos.

Cool so looks like it was a good buy then. It was one of those moments I knew it was nice looking coin just didn't know how nice. I am happy about it now glad I made the decision to purchase it.

I'm not to sure what all the MS sixty stuff is, I think it means Mint state or something like that and I guess the number is the scale . Is that out of 100.?. So 62-63 out of a 100 is its rating?.

I was worried being the year that's pretty common it might not be worth it. I would like a 1932 in this condition.

MS63 is in Australia the same as AU, MS65 is UNC. Au58-62 is what you'd call gEF or thereabout. (You have much the same grading, as we have here in Norway)

Looks MS62 - worth $125 - $175 maybe.

The PCGS grading scale is out of 70. For florins, MS62 is a scuffy sort of UNC - no wear, full lustre, but bag marked.
