Actually, he's facing the wrong way for George II. It has to be George III.
You should also be aware that it could be a counterfeit. British-made counterfeits are fairly common for George III coinage. North American made counterfeits are much more highly sought after, and are regarded as important components of the Colonial and Revolutionary coinage series. Unfortunately, this piece is too badly worn/corroded for me to tell.
