My first star note find! I got it at the bank today while turning in some coins. Not in good shape at all and way spendable. I might give it to my dad for fathers day since he collects mostly currency.

2003A E2 with a run from
03 200 001 #8596; 06 400 000
And a total run of 3,200,000 - That is a lot.

Stacker: good plan. I find star notes every so often and will will save them. $1 star notes are good to keep even though they are from a large run and in moderately poor condition.

I keep them even though I may find one from the same run in better condition because of the low cost. Give me the same conditioned note in a $50 or $100 denomination I most likely will not be in the same hurry to include it with my collection.

Good find. Hope your father enjoys it if you decide to go that route.

Hey, congrats, SSK! It's always fun to find a star in the wild, no matter the shape, and you always remember your first one...
