Found a 2015 P Homestead quarter and noticed a huge error at first sight, the die is off center, notice the top and bottom of the trim ring are different in thickness, there is no ring at the top of coin and a thicker one at the bottom, which normally indicates a die being off center when being struck.....could this be one of the rarest of all the homestead errors?.....Someone please help! I'll leave this one to our experts, but personally I think it's minor and will not bring a premium.

Thank You....Just found it weird that there is no mentionsof this type of error with this specific coin,it also has the die cracks in corn stalks and on roof. How do I get an expert opinion?

What does the obverse look like?

If the obverse is centered you have a MAD coin. The edge is reeded so it was in the collar when struck
(MAD= Miss aligned die... No premium)

If the obverse is normal then MAD it is. When the devices start to fall off or missing the desire will increase from collectors. How much desire will vary pending how far off the alignment is. Rookies thoughts. Thanks, Doug. edit: forgot to say,

The reason I'm asking about the rarity of this particular coin,is due to the current fact that I have yet to discover another MAD coin of this release nowhere during my research.... #Rookie

This is a degree of offset which isn't considered significant for any issue at all. The real interest starts once features begin falling off the edge.
