I am pretty sure I have this right but just wanted to make sure... I believe it to be 1938S-1MM-002 S/S/S WEST & WEST as listed by coppercoins...... If any other pics are needed please let me know and I will get them posted...thanks!

Looks like 1MM-002 to me. Check the marker above the tie. let's see what the experts say.

Thanks jprine... I just checked and am able to find all the markers except for the die crack that extends from the top of "we" of igwt to the the rim above it... Other than that all the markers match up.

Yeah this one one real easy to spot even with my bad eyes...needed magnification to see exactly what it was though.

Nice find! This is CONECA's RPM-002 s/s/s. I personally like RPM-001 better (in Early Die State) but this one is really nice and more popular because it is a triple/

I like searching ebay for the 001. It is often over looked and sold as a normal coin.
Here is the EDS example:
