I was just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing, slower, weaker sales the last couple of weeks..For me the last 10 months I have been doing pretty steady sales, almost month over month doing the same or a little better. Then the last 2 or 3 weeks sales have just dropped right off, almost 40-50%, I was just wondering if this was a one off, or if everyone is seeing the same thing.

if you would like to check out my store and offer suggestions, please go to the store promotion section. thanks to all.

It's been about the same for me, I actually just sold an item in under 12 hours... Although I don't really count, I've literally sold 4 things on ebay1

Sure this is a slow time of the year.In the 40 plus years I have been selling coins and collectibles June and most of July were always slow for us. When I had my shop , family vacation was usually last week of June and first week of July.
Same this year , last couple of weeks slow but not awful.
We were at a major dealer in Vancouver today and he said it was fairly quiet too. Chin up Silverwolf it is slow everywhere I think. Too nice out! Another major reason it is slow is metals are very quiet and trending downwards. That too is not helping.
Try running some lost leaders or specials and see if that helps.

... disposable income is being spent on vacations, toys & summer fun right now. Should pump back up slowly throughout summer with fall getting stronger & by late November it's crazy time

I know why it's slow! Because everyone's buying fireworks! No, but I think buying kicks up in the holiday season where everyone is buying gifts/ reciving money.

Last week I sold three coins for about $40. Since Sunday I've sold three for $325. More expensive coins make a big difference.

That's how it seems to typically go for me, a slow week followed by a busy week.

The busy weeks are more fund and profitable.

I have had no luck for few weeks in a row selling 7 day/10 day auctions with no BIN. What format are you guys using ? Also is it worth getting a ebay store if you are not selling below $200 per month ?

I sell about $20 a month, and I can tell you it's worth it. Just that extra money could buy you numerous things, from a semi key date lincoln to a 1976 proof set!
