Found this coin while searching some circulated rolls. Coin is in very rough condition but I thought I would throw it on here and see what everyone thinks. I believe it is a minor NW RPM D/D.

I see only a slightly damaged "D" . No RPM here.

I seem to keep finding a lot of damaged D's :)
