Hey guys, I just found a wide date variety 50 cent and I was wondering how much is the mintage and what is its value. I tried googling but to no avail. Thx for any help. :)

From the Old Aussie Forum:

The Wide Date is roughly 15% of total minted, however, majority of mint sets and PNC's have the Wide date.

The Narrow Date is fairly scarce in PNC's.

So if both were in circulation, the wide date would be more valuable?

Thx nancy. The wide date woudn't be that rare then cause 20% would make it as rare as the ram's head then. :) Thx again.
