jpbone - You are spot on. I have been saving this variety for most of my adult life. This was my first purchase, in 1972, and in fact it was fairly well cleaned and bright at the time. I put it in a kraft envelope, and aside from checking it every so often, left it there for 40 years until I sold it, now toned, to a well-known LSQ collector in 2012 as trading material. Original cost was $60, believe it or not (LSQs weren't very popiular back then), and it sold for $2,250 as VF-20. Buyer said it was scace enough that he didn't care that it was one cleaned.
