Doesn't look like an error to me, more like a gouge or dent.

To me it is a lamination peel. It is a mild error. (you can see the tip of the left wheat stem. If it were a struck through, it would not show but be obliterated) I would like to see the obverse.

Looks like the real deal on the lamination. The temple looks strange on the obverse.
