I can't speak for any individual dies but I can say that Repunched Dates on Colombian coins of this era are very common and a whole lot of fun to find. Die cracks are also plentiful.

Here is one for the 1970 1c that was submitted to me by Bob Johnson in October 1994. I listed it in the Variety Coin Register as VCR#1/RPD#1.
