The "R-4" on the token's container refers to the Fuld rarity scale for this combination of obverse and reverse. The Wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civil_War_token describes that scale. R-4 means that between 200 and 500 are known to exist. You have what I would describe as a medium rarity Civil War token in a medium quality grade. It's certainly collectable but the low supply of such tokens is balanced by relatively low demand. Most serious collectors of CWTs will be looking for higher grades. I'm sure you can find a buyer but don't expect it to go for anything close to the $600 fetched for the one that was still shiny. Very interesting though. Thanks for sharing.

man I appreciate your information and your help, yeah I know this one is not in very good shape and no where near 600$ but possibly I can find a buyer for it. I do have one or two others that are giving me trouble do you think I should make new posts for them or just add pictures of them on to this post
