I really want to say fake but I am not 100% sure at all. Wait for the true coin experts to comment. Some things are too good to be true.

Yes they are reals. Because they are reals.

The first one feels obviously fake. None of the letters in the legend seem in line, and the portrait is just off, judging by the fact that this is an 1855 coin. Quality coinage was stuck at this time.

The second one looks better - but is by no means a certain genuine piece. The inscription looks wobbly to say the least, and the rim is uneven.

The dullness of the colour on both coins is worrying, considering they have no traces of dirt or other contaminants at all. They lack any kind of toning, even a simple beige hue.

With this in mind, I'd classify both as being fake. What goes against their legitimacy is just too overwhelming.
But I am by no means a professional fake detector

The two coins may not be genuine (I am generally convinced on that point), however, anyone who believes the coin designs are inherently incorrect are themselves incorrect. The dies in both cases mimic the correct designs for the specific coins they claim to be. The images do not appear to be sharp enough to be genuine (that might be lighting) and the color is bad.

I suspect centrifugal castings made in a plastic mold created from a transfer image.

Are they on ebay?

The second coin is real to me. If the weight of this coin is close 27.0 grams and has a eye-appealing edge, it will be more confident it is genuine. A fake coin can't be so perfect for such a commonly found coin.
