That's what had me scratchin my head. I knew it looked like md but none of the surrounding devices were showing it. Thanks neff

On MD, the device is reduced in size, not enlarged as would be the case with hub doubling or mint mark punching. Note the east side of the curve, The overall size of the mint mark is there, but reduced by the MD in that area?
