This is a scarce issue in the Seated dime series.

How would you grade her?

Thanks,

A quick glance warrants a F-12.

I'd tend toward a 15 but I know part of that is because I'm always a sucker for circ cameo. Sigh...by that circ I to have to say 12, too.

That is a scarce date VG-10

I'll change my answer to F-12, I think there is enough Obverse detail for that.

Just an interesting comment regarding the 1844 and 1846 dimes.

For years it seems the 1844 dime (Little Orphan Annie) was considered a very scarce coin. In fact I spent some time back in the late 90's trying to locate a nice example, without success. The 1846 always trailed behind in popularity and demand.
This changed back in 2007 If I remember when a significant hoard of 1844's, something like 400 pieces, was dispersed and sold via Heritage. This caused the prices for the 1844 dime to drop, and also highlighted that the 1846 is, in fact, a more difficult coin to find, specially in higher grades. Current price guides now reflect this.
