So the snow melted and the temp was just high enough to dig up a bunch of pull tabs.

This morning Mother nature decided to stop my fun once again. Got about 12 inches of snow last night. Happy New Year!!

Hey Dockwalliper how much SNOW did you get over in NY?

Wow, have fun shoveling this new year. Here in Chicago, we got around 3.6 inches. Where are you at mint?

A Northwestern suburb of Detroit. We are used to a little snow, but it seems we are getting more than normal for so early in the season.

Mint I feel your pain. We live near Grayling and watched our local news telling about the snow you got.We only got about an inch up here. Take heart though your snow will go away a lot faster than ours will.

That's true.

Next week it appears we are going to get a warm up with one day hitting 59. Who would have guessed.

Up here in Toronto it's -17C (1.4F) today, and expected to climb until next Tuesday when it will be +13C (55.4F). How's that for a temperature swing!

I'm north of Buffalo and not in the snow belt so we only got about 4 inches. It's really cold now but as Topher said we expect a warm-up over the next few days.
