Thanks everyone for the input and grading opinions. I purchased this from camera phone photos and took alittle risk hoping that they were bad pictures. You know, sometimes you can find a good buy when the photos don't accurately show the luster on a coin. This was not the case on this $1 gold. I was disappointed that the obverse doesn't have better luster and I agree with most that this is an AU coin. Probably 58 with some light cleaning. Unfortunately, I think I'm going to return this one.

Again, thanks for your input. It always helps me make better decisions once I get input and feedback from you guys on the board!

I knew it was lightly cleaned, I would return it also if they didn't mention it in the ad.
