Ok, well these our technically Philippine issues BUT they were minted in SF and designed by an American engraver... (If this should be moved to World coins, please move it)

Anyways, these are real tough to come across in high grades, and there was an ebay listing a while back with a couple of absolute gem examples that inspired me to try and find a pair raw and submit myself, hoping for MS65 or better...

Well, just got the results from PCGS...

They are know for being weakly struck so I think you probably hit 65. Possibly a little better.
