1 oz Generic Silver round premium was 99c if you order 100.

Now a whopping $1.83 if you order 100.

What is going on?

Most of Providents 1oz. rounds are either "out of stock" or "temporarily delayed". I don't remember ever seeing this before. Just yesterday they had almost everything in stock.

This post ended up spurring an hour long lecture for my wife about the premium over spot on silver lol. My wife always says I should record my economic "rants" and put them on youtube or something. Might have to do that sometime.

Should be interesting to see what happens over the next few days. There are some huge events around world happening economically that are going to be large players in the silver market. Watch those premiums closely, they are the market at work. The spot price is heavily manipulated.
