Neither attractive nor consistent toning, and it seems there's more abrasion on the reverse than the obverse. Also a small chip in the rim. Does it make VF anyway?

I see varieties referenced for this issue, a "Position A" and "Position B" but cannot find an explanation for what would make it one or the other, or how either affects value (if at all).

"Position A/B" I think refers to the edge inscription and what side is up when reading it (no idea which one though)

I'm not good at grading at all, but I'd say your coin makes VF anyway.

when you turn the lion up and you can read the edge inscription it is in position A and if the inscription is upside down you have a coin in position B
